- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for tech adoption and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for emerging tech
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for tech disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching tech products/services in high-growth markets
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Certified in technology architecture or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CDMP)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment evaluation
- Executive presence with excellent stakeholder communication abilities
- MS/MBA in Technology, Engineering, or Business Analytics
