- Roadmap Development: Design and maintain long-term strategic roadmaps that align with the company's vision, translating abstract concepts into actionable development goals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and product managers to communicate strategic visions and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead pilot programs and experimental projects to test the viability of futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Partnership Building: Identify and cultivate relationships with key thought leaders, research institutions, and technology partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of identifying future trends.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks, including AI, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to execution.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate uncertainty and pivot strategies based on new data.
