Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum AI integration and sustainable computing
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with market expansion strategies
- Manage cross-functional R&D sprints focused on 5-year horizon technologies
- Drive patent development for breakthrough tech in neural interfaces and predictive analytics
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and industry think tanks
- Mentor emerging tech talent through Horizon's Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech applications
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ products
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI ethics, or carbon-neutral tech
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Keynote speaker at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
