Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, AR/VR, Quantum Computing) and assess their viability for integration.
- Lead cross-functional strategic planning sessions to align technical innovations with business objectives.
- Develop frameworks for predictive data analytics to forecast market shifts and technological disruptions.
- Oversee the R&D initiatives focused on scalable and sustainable tech solutions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic technology role, including 3+ years in a leadership position.

- Expert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing architectures.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ethical considerations in future tech deployment.
