Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateFutures as a 2026 industry leader
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure stakeholder buy-in for strategic initiatives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on prototyping next-generation solutions
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech products/services to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling and P&L management experience
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (e.g., MIT Tech Review, IEEE)
- Experience building and managing high-performing innovation teams
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
