- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performing engineering and product teams focused on innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in technology strategy, product management, or CTO-level roles.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and define long-term technical roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML, and data engineering trends.
- Leadership Skills: Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive relationships.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
