Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystem integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Drive partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Caltech, UT Austin)
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum computing (IEEE/ACM)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with federal grant writing (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
