Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with company goals for the 2026 timeframe.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech, to identify opportunities for disruption.
- R&D Leadership: Guide internal research teams and external partners to prototype and validate future technology concepts.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with universities, startups, and industry forums to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership roles.
- Technical Background: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI/ML and software architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating abstract technology concepts into viable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
