Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 200+ professionals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
