Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market needs and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of calculated risk-taking
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts affecting future technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining tech innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Professional Education)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech adoption with measurable ROI
