Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces (AR/VR/metaverse)
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Partner with academia to incubate breakthrough research in sustainable tech
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present future-tech visions to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record scaling experimental technologies to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or generative AI ecosystems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future-facing technologies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Certified in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE 7000) or sustainable tech standards
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
