- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology projects
- Mentor a team of 8-12 technologists and innovation specialists
- Publish thought leadership on future tech trends in industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles, with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (e.g., decentralized AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences
- Published author or speaker at top-tier tech conferences (AWS re:Invent, Web Summit)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
