As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify emerging trends, assess market readiness, and develop implementation frameworks for breakthrough technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Conduct market viability assessments for experimental technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and regulatory shifts
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring future technology ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
