Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for disruptive innovation adoption
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives with 20+ global innovation partners
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Executive-level stakeholder management and change leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
