Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions through agile methodologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present strategic technology initiatives and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and academic collaborations
- Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies

- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and data visualization platforms
