Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical innovations into product opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Monitor and analyze competitive technology landscapes and patent landscapes
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and measure strategic impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
