Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, decentralized networks) and commercial viability
- Design innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance across 20+ markets
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 executives and governmental technology boards
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation projects
- Pioneer patent strategies for breakthrough technologies with 30+ pending applications annually
- Develop talent acquisition models for next-generation tech specialists (quantum engineers, neuro-UX designers)
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful product launches)
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks, quantum computing architecture, and circular economy principles
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent on future technology trends (2018-2023)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology disruption scenarios
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) and AI Ethics Governance (AEG)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable technology strategies with measurable ROI impact
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
