Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026+ horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and next-gen biotech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
