Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech fusion) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on emerging tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional innovation teams
