Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for 2026 product launches
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech labs
- Present tech forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor R&D teams in future-proofing technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience building tech ecosystems and strategic alliances
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning skills
- Strong communication with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of 2026+ technology roadmaps or innovation projects
