Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership

- Build and lead a future technologies task force

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology publications
