Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market demands and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen solutions with measurable ROI
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation impact
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory developments affecting our industry
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
