Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global tech ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into commercial MVPs and go-to-market strategies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking for innovation portfolios
- Represent InnovateNext at industry forums and shape discourse on responsible tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or venture innovation with Fortune 500/Unicorn experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two emerging-tech products from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing from IBM, Google AI Leadership)
- Portfolio demonstrating tech foresight work (e.g., published trend reports, patented innovations)
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI governance)
