- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate breakthrough ideas
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 disruptive tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, or quantum computing)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
