- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences
- Present strategic innovation blueprints to board members and investors
- Establish partnerships with global R&D labs and academic institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with market impact
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI
- Represent company at top-tier tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching award-winning innovations
- Executive presence with C-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in HBR/MIT Tech Review or equivalent
- Fluency in emerging tech standards (ISO 27001, NIST AI Framework)
