Responsibilities
- Architect 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 technology adoption
- Drive ethical AI and sustainability frameworks in all future-tech implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least 3 of these domains: quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or Technology Foresight
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused projects with measurable ROI
