- Manage cross-functional R&D projects with $10M+ budgets
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry panels
- Build and mentor a team of future technology specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and investment analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy)
