Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging fields including quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and bio-integrated systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers in prototyping next-gen interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology adoption standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, spatial computing, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technologies successfully brought from concept to market
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling tools
