- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and sustainability principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) preferred
- Demonstrated success in launching innovative products/services
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
