Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/sustainability solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify billion-dollar market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech products from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
