Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and decentralized AI systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Establish industry partnerships for technology incubation and joint ventures
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology products with market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystems
- Certifications in strategic planning or technology management (e.g., CTO-level)
