Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their commercial implications
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 3-5 years with measurable impact metrics
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen capabilities into customer solutions
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patents, and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two disruptive technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with history of launching innovative initiatives
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for compliance
