Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for tech integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing future-focused solutions
- Present foresight reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation with market demands
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape shifts
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for future-tech projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies and trend analysis
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Strong understanding of future-of-work frameworks
- Certification in emerging tech or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling solutions in high-growth environments
