Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research for emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate planning
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech labs
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible development of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two emerging-tech products to market
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic research community
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) highly valued
