- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental initiatives
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board members
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $10M+ budgets
