Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-month deployment horizons
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for innovation scouting
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future business landscapes
- Design scalable frameworks for technology integration across global operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/blockchain/quantum experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
