Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for pilot programs
- Build and mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Monitor global tech trends through market research and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting ROI analysis of R&D investments
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, PDMA) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
