Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic adoption plans for emerging technologies
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence in emerging tech sectors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with $500K+ budgets
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with technology lifecycle management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTO Academy, Innovation Leadership)
