Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop and execute innovation pilots for next-gen technologies with measurable ROI
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous risk assessment protocols
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startup
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using modern BI tools
- Published thought leader with 10+ industry-recognized articles/talks
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
