Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate disruption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong track record of commercializing new technologies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, IBM Quantum)
