Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on emerging tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Build and manage a network of industry experts, startups, and academic institutions
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, conference presentations, and industry reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience building strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or published research
