Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across quantum computing, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market disruption potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Create intellectual property portfolios protecting future-facing innovations
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology valuation and patent strategy
- Certifications in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment
