Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech adoption (quantum, neuromorphic computing, bio-AI)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their business impacts
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their regulatory implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Certifications in AI governance or technology forecasting (preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of sustainable tech frameworks (ESG, circular economy)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmap execution
