Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to inform strategic R&D investments
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior talent in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
