Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in future-tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI systems
- Track record scaling deep-tech startups to unicorn valuations
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese
