Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen solutions (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Analyze emerging tech patents and market shifts to identify competitive advantages
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-ready frameworks into corporate strategy
- Present disruptive technology insights to global stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and mentor a specialized innovation lab focused on 2026+ capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 2026+ foresight
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning and risk modeling for exponential technologies
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
