- Champion innovation initiatives through incubation programs and strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused methodologies and technology adoption frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment and strategy
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption impact and ROI for innovation portfolios
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and market trend analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience at executive/board level
