- Manage $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Author whitepapers on future tech trends for industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Strong network with academic institutions and global tech innovation hubs
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
