Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders with data-driven risk assessments
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in technology impact modeling
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing from IBM)
