Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ implementation across diverse industries
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives to align tech investments with business goals
- Research and prototype future-forward solutions in our state-of-the-art innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global tech summits
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy publications
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum) strongly preferred
